Why a Membership?
You don't need a membership to attend our classes. Sure, you could use a 10 class pack or drop into classes individually, but the most cost effective option is a membership.
Along with all the benefits (see below) our membership includes, you'll hold yourself accountable to showing up consistently in your health and wellness practice.

What our members think
The studio is beautiful and I really am excited about the variety within the schedule. With other studios I sometimes find it challenging to make a monthly membership worthwhile because I attend primarily yoga. However, there are many classes throughout the day at varying times.
