My cycling classes are high energy rides that follow the beat of my curated playlists. I love trying out new moves, but always provides plenty of attention to the basics of hill climbs, sprints, runs, and jumps. I always breaks down any movement regardless of who is in class.
In my yoga classes, you can expect creative sequencing set to a backdrop of music. I enjoy both vinyasa and restorative practices, and love to weave or layer themes into classes.
