Diversity + Inclusion matter at Triangle Foundry

At the core of connection, community, and confidence is our goal of empowering humans  - every human. Without judgement, accidental alienation, or bias.

Rooted in Triangle Foundry culture, we embrace and encourage differences in age, color, gender identity or expression, national origin, ethnicity, family or marital status, language, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, body shape, body size, body ability or disability, and other characteristics that make our communities unique.

Triangle Foundry is a safe space.

All instructors, employees, and customers of Triangle Foundry have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. Inclusion of diverse experiences and perspectives creates a culture of empowerment; and that is where we grow. We strive to create a culture of belonging.

Triangle Foundry is actively innovating to create a more inclusive community.

What is, unfortunately true, boutique fitness can feel elitist, exclusive and on a national-level lacks representation from BIPOC and body types. This is not okay. We want to create systematic change. Our team is actively recruiting instructors and staff of diverse backgrounds and body types to allow all types people to see others like them in our studios. And we continue to rework how we build community and educate our team and instructors.
