Position is hybrid of remote and on-site work. You must reside in the Pittsburgh area to apply.
We are seeking a motivated and problem solving administrative and marketing assistant to help manage our customer service, retention, marketing, event coordination, billing, reporting, and sales efforts. We are looking for an individual that has a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and evenings. The candidate would work alongside our owner, team leads, and staff/instructors via internal communication system (Sling) as well as phone, Zoom, as needed, and would possess the ability to self manage, motivate, and prioritize.
This role has the capacity to grow into a larger role eventually that could either include more hours or move into a management role.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service via phone, email, SMS, and social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to or route emails to ensure none are missed by the necessary recipients
- Assist in sales efforts
- Answer phone calls, SMS, and direct messages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Management of customer memberships, cancellation, and freezes
- Assist in planning and execution of special events
- Communicate with partners, vendors, and customers in a polite, timely, professional manner
- Assist with management of marketing asset creation and scheduling
- Create, update, and maintain various internal documents
- Provide reports to the owner on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Assist with various special projects on an as needed basis
Ideal Candidate would have the capacity to grow into a larger role with responsibilities including:
- Assist with social media calendar and posting content to Instagram and Facebook
- Assist with Facebook and Google Ads
- Create email newsletters and campaigns to send to customers at large
- Create Facebook events and monitor activity within them
- Independently create and run special events
- Manage other staff members
- Assist with management of marketing content materials (images, video, captions/copywrite)
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and tech savvy skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Docs
- Self starter and excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively with little management/direction
- Ability adhere to deadlines
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work different shift each week (including weekends)
- Native Language is English and located in the Pittsburgh area
Preferred but not Required Skills:
- Experience in customer retention strategies
- Experience working in the fitness/yoga industry
- Experience in sales (specifically service and/or memberships)
- Experience managing customer memberships
- Experience in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)

We are seeking enthusiastic Work Traders to help manage the cleanliness, organization, and customer engagement efforts at Triangle Foundry Yoga, Cycling, and Strength Training studio located in Pleasant Hills, PA. We are looking for an individual that would like to commit to at least one shifts a week with the flexibility to pick up or swap shifts with other staff as needed. This position is a barter position.
Qualifications
- Enjoys cleaning and organizing
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Schedule flexibility and variability is required
A successful candidate will:
- Report directly to the Work Trade manager
- Be high energy, positive and self-motivated
- Work closely with the Sales & Customer Service Associates
- Be a team player
- Be willing to tackle additional tasks outside of regular cleaning tasks (such as creating customer welcome packets, tending to plants, updating signage, etc)
- Be knowledgeable about current products, programs and pricing
- Other duties as assigned

We are looking for an individual that would like to commit to at least two shifts a week with the flexibility to pick up or swap shifts with other staff as needed. This position is a customer facing position.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets and an excitement about exceeding goals
- Motivated by sales commissions

- A background in retail or other sales position
- Ability to learn and use FitDegree, Lenzvu, & Google Sheets for tracking purposes
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, SMS, and email

- Possess a high attention to detail when working with documentation tasks
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
