Lydia began her yoga practice over a decade ago to alleviate back pain from a car accident. In that first class, she realized that her body kept the score of everything she’s been through and she felt a physical and emotional release like never before. Throughout the following years, she came to find that yoga wasn’t just an amazing physical practice, but values that blended into her everyday life and relationships. She practiced with multiple teachers of all kinds: gentle flow, tri-yoga (uniting breath and mudra with flowing and sustained postures), power yoga, kundalini and more. She found a love for the combination of the body and the mind and wanted to help guide others to this healing gift as well. So, she received her 200 RYT with focuses in Hatha and Vinyasa in 2021.
