DAYS

CYCLING

Our cycling classes include 30 and 45 minute classes. Any cycling class with "Express" in the name is 30 minutes, the rest are 45 minutes.

Our Just Ride classes include less choreography and are excellent for new riders. These classes allow you to become comfortable on the bike before adding anything extra into the ride.

Instructors that teach with limited and very accessible choreography include: Holly, Karyna, Terri, Tori, Jules, and Kristyn.

You do not need cycling shoes for our bikes, tennis shoes work just fine! Make sure you bring water, we have everything else you'll need.

YOGA

Yoga classes include 45 and 60 minute classes. Any yoga class with "45" in the title is 45 minutes long, the rest are 60 minutes.

Our Yoga for Beginners class is hyper focused on teaching the fundamental shapes you'll see in yoga classes. It's a slower paced class tailored to provide support for anyone just starting a yoga practice.

Our Yoga Slow Down class is a very gentle, slower flowing class that is excellent for beginners. It gives you a taste of vinyasa style yoga but at a slower pace with plenty of space to focus on your breath.

Our Deeply Relax Yoga is a restorative yoga class and is the slowest paced class with no more than 6 yoga shapes during the hour session. You won't sweat in this class, but rather you'll relax and maybe even fall asleep.

Yoga for Flexibility is a yin yoga class, which is is perfect if you are looking mainly to increase flexibility and mobility. Yoga shapes are held for longer periods of time to allow stretch in your fascia, muscles, and joints.

Yoga Flow and Sunrise Yoga are our vinyasa style yoga classes and the speed and sequence of yoga shapes is dependent on the instructor. You'll see a variety of speeds, styles, and sequences. If you're looking for a slower yoga flow class, we suggest the following instructors: Lydia, Nikki, Melanie, and Helena. If you're looking to break a little sweat and move at a moderate pace, you'll love class with Sierra or Karyna.

STRENGTH

We offer two types of strength classes: Strength and Bootcamp. All of these classes are 30 minutes unless the class name includes "45", which indicates the class is 45 minutes long.

Our Strength class is interval based strength training, using body weight, weights (optional), and a variety of other equipment.

Our Bootcamp class is beat based to the music and includes a variety of strength training with some cardio elements. You'll use body weight, weights (optional), and a variety of equipment.

If you are brand new to strength training, we suggest starting with our Strength classes, then trying Bootcamp classes after a couple Strength classes.

Every instructor brings their own flavor to the class, and they are all a great choice!

Make sure you bring water and wear your tennis shoes. We have everything else you'll need.
