Karyna Kerin

Position:Owner + Yoga, Cycling, + Bootcamp Instructor
Experience:ERYT-200, Spinning Certified, RealRyder Certified, SoundRide Trained
Biography:
My passion for fitness over the past decade has evolved from a yoga and cycling student, to a yoga and cycling instructor, and now studio owner. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2015 and am currently working towards my 500 hour training. I've trained with Spinning and RealRyder and I've been teaching both yoga and cycling since 2015. I believe in the connection, community, and confidence found in both a yoga practice and a consistent cycling routine. My passion stems from the need to share the benefits and magic of these disciplines with the world.

Before owning a studio, my professional background was primarily in the software industry. I graduated from Pitt with a bachelor’s in computer science. When the first Pittsburgh COVID shutdown happened, I combined my decade of software experience and my passionate teaching career to launch our virtual program.

It didn’t take long for it to become something so much more than that. After understanding how we can hold feelings, emotions and tension in the body I began to incorporate yoga into my daily life. Not only did I do this for myself and personal wellbeing but also into my work, proving just how accessible and adaptable yoga can actually be. Working in mental health, I love being able to help teach the tools needed for self regulation, as well as the understanding and ability to bring awareness into the breath and body. AND I also love providing the space to let you explore your boundaries in a challenging and physical way.
